Camp Update from the Kodurus

God has been so gracious to us. He is a God of purpose and not chance. He placed us here at the Family Campground to watch Him to amazing things. We wanted to share a video and some photos with you of our summer thus far. Today marks the beginning of the last week of summer camp here at the Campground. This week, we have about 450 people on site. We are praying God refreshes families this week.  Thank you so much for your prayers and support! You are very special to us. By God’s grace we are now at 60% of out needed support. We are going to be doing some traveling to Ohio and Maine to see family before making the exciting trip down to Florida on 8/30. Below are some pictures of camp and a video update. You can view a graph of our support level at this link.

Camp 2013 Week 1

These are some snapshots of Week 1 at Camp. We had over 300 campers, 2 salvation decisions and over 150 dedication decisions. God did a mighty work! We are so grateful just to be part of what He is doing here on earth. To enlarge the pictures, click on the image.

One the Road...once again :)

You can click on the picture to enlarge it....

Wow! so much had happened. One really exciting thought is that when we stared out as missionaries, we were at 11% of our support. Today, we are at 41% of our monthly support. God has been so good. We are officially moved into our apartment here in Maine. So excited to be here and see what God can do. We miss Ohio but excited to be here.

Two quick encouragements: First, we went to see the Creation Museum and were so encouraged by the Gospel. God pursued man even when were enemies. Sin ruined mankind but Jesus fixed it because He is God. We as the Church get to be a part of sharing that hope! We want to encourage you, walk with your heads up because you have a hope and you get to share it. Second, we stopped in NY on the drive up too Maine and went to the Sunday morning Snow Camp Rally. The speaker gave a challenge to stop holding back from God but give ourselves as a living sacrifice to Him (Romans 12:1). We saw hundreds of students do just that (you can see a picture of it below). We as believers are called to call other believers to do the same. We want to encourage you to be inspired by great things God can do when we are surrender and we call others to do the same. We can see revival break out!
